As soon as you log in, youโll be greeted by the dashboard. This is your central hub for quick access to all the insights, including:
- Employee Distribution: Get a clear picture of how your employees are spread throughout the business.
- Training Performance: Check out an overview of completed, in-progress, and upcoming training sessions. Youโll know exactly where your team stands.
- Filters & Reports: Need to generate reports for compliance or internal purposes? Use filters to customise and create reports that fit your needs.

In the People section, you can manage all your learners, their supervisors, and other employees. This is where youโll handle onboarding, assign responsibilities, and keep track of reporting lines.
- โ Add New People: Quickly add new employees by entering their basic information or simply upload a file to add them in bulk.
- ๐ Manage Reporting Lines: Create or update reporting lines to link employees to their supervisors or managers. You can adjust this anytime as your employees grow or changes.

Each person on your platform has their own Profile, where you can view and manage all their important details:

- Profile, Contact & Training Details: View contact info, job title, and performance metrics at a glance.

- Add Notes: Stay on top of things by adding notes to profiles, ensuring everyone is up to date with the latest info.
