Setting up your account

🔑 Provide Credentials
To begin, please provide the names and email addresses of your key people to your Conveya Account Manager. Sharing these ensures they get the access and information they need to help get everything rolling smoothly.
⏳ Await Your Log-In Details
The process of setting up your account may take up to 3 days. In the meantime, here are a couple of things you can do to get ready:

📧 Notify Your Training Providers
Keep your team informed about the upcoming changes. We’ve prepared handy email templates to help you quickly communicate with training providers, ensuring a smooth transition — your account manager will be in contact regarding this.
🧭 Take a Platform Tour
Use this time to explore our Platform Tour, which gives a quick, guided overview of the key features you’ll be using. By the time your account is ready, you’ll already know how to navigate and make use of the most important tools.
🔐 Log In and Set Your Password
When your log-in details arrive, use the password provided to access the platform. Once inside, it’s essential to reset your password to something secure and memorable. Follow our Password Reset Guide to quickly update it.
🎨 Personalise Your Account (Optional)
Now that you're in, it's time to make the platform your own! If you’d like, you can add your company’s logo and upload a profile picture to personalise your workspace. This step is optional but adds a nice personal touch to your account.
Refer to the 'Your Organisation' section for instructions on how to customise the platform's branding and update your email signature for all communications sent from the platform.
