Training Dashboard

The training dashboard is your unified hub for all things training on your learners, reported on by your training providers. This article goes through a breakdown of your training dashboard.

Charts

RAG

The RAG chart is a typical metric that displays how many of your learners are categorised by Red, Amber or Green which is split by count and percentage.

ℹ️ The percentage total is calculated from the total number of learners regardless of whether or not they have been reported on.

Training Status

The training status displays where your learners currently are in the pipeline. The statuses available to be shown on this chart are:

Status	What it means
Not Started	This status is for learners who haven’t yet begun their journey in the course.
Ongoing	This is for learners actively engaged in their coursework.
Break in learning	A learner is taking a pause in their studies.
In EPA (End-Point-Assessment)	Learners are in their assessment phase.
Withdrawn	A learner has withdrawn from the course.
Failed	A learner has failed their course.
Completed	Learners have successfully completed the course.

There is a breakdown of the count and percentage of each status next to the chart.

Flags

This section shows a breakdown of the flag types that have been reported on by your training providers about your learners. The count and percentage is displayed next to the flag type.

Conveya colour codes the flag types dependant on the severity of the flag:

Red: An area of concern which required immediate attention.
Blue: An update that needs to be actioned upon or brought to your attention.
Green: Flags that are positive related to progress or performance.
Grey: Flags that don’t require immediate attention.

Learner progress

This section shows the enrolments that are listed with training providers, you’ll be able to see:

A learners name
Their RAG status
Percentage progress of their course
The last reporting date

Ongoing training

This chart breaks down the distribution of learners with training providers, you’ll be able to see an at-a-glance view of how many enrolments are with a specific training provider.

Training Provider Comments

This chart displays records both entered and missed comments from training providers against learners. These will appear when providers flag learners and add an additional comment to the flag — for example a provider may raise a flag that a learner is entering EPA and add additional comments on their performance.

You’ll be able to see the learner being commented on, the comment by the training provider and the provider that has left the comment alongside the date the comment was made.

Time until completion

This chart shows you enrolments that are approaching their planned end date. You’ll see the learner, their RAG rating, percentage progress and their planned end date. At the top of the chart there are three tabs you can click to switch between what is displayed:

Overdue: Enrolments that are passed their planned end date
Less than 3 months: Enrolments that are less than 3 months away from their planned end date.
3 to 6 month: Enrolments that are between 3 and 6 months away from their planned end date.

ℹ️ This chart is defaulted to show learners that are overdue on their planned end date — so you’re able to see at a glance learners that may require attention.
