Communications page

Communications is a feature where you can send messages to your learners and other relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of what’s happening within programmes.

The communications page is where you’ll find your communication automations that will be sent as part of a movement.


Step by step guide

  1. On the menu on the right-hand side, click ‘Communications’

  1. You’ll see a list of communication automations (this will show an empty state if you have not created any).
  2. On this page you’ll see:
  • The name of the communication automation
  • When the communication is sent (time relative to the start or end date of the movement that the automation is attached to).
  • Whether is communication automation is active or inactive
