About the Feedback page

The feedback page is your hub for creating, sending, viewing and automating feedback. This article will explain how to navigate the feedback page.

Landing on the feedback page

Feedback Page

To access the feedback page, click on "Feedback" in the menu bar on the left side. This will take you to the feedback page, where you will find your feedback templates. If this is your first time opening the page or if no feedback templates have been created, the page will be blank.

Finding the feedback page

You can switch between the different sections of the feedback feature by clicking the tabs at the top right of the feedback page.

Navigating the feedback page

Feedback Templates

Feedback templates are the feedback forms you have created, which can be added to an automation. On this page, you can create new feedback forms, search for existing ones, and filter them by their status (active, inactive, or draft).

Feedback Automations

Feedback automations is a section of the feedback page where you can create and find feedback forms that are scheduled to be sent automatically as part of a loop. This can ensure timely and consistent feedback collection without manual intervention.

On this section you’ll be able to see a list feedback automations you have created, how often they are set to send and whether or not the automation is currently active or not.
