Viewing the details of a notification

You can investigate a notification directly from the notifications page. This makes it easy to stay on top of updates regarding your learners and other important activities.

Step by step guide

  1. Click ‘Notifications’ from the menu sidebar.
  2. Click on a notification, this will open up the employee profile the notification is for.

  1. View the details of the notification on the employee’s profile.
The employee profile opens and the relevant updates are shown

When clicking notifications related to RAG status changes or flag raised, the relevant report slide-over will automatically open after loading the employee’s profile.
