Notifications Page

Conveya alerts you within the platform when updates or changes are made regarding your learners. This article reviews the various notifications you can receive within the Conveya platform. By default, Conveya will show you the most recent notifications.

Trigger Notification
Course Status Change: Whenever a training provider updates the course status of a learner. You’ll see the learner whose status has been updated, what the status has been updated to and which training provider updated the status.
RAG Status Change: Whenever a training provider updates the RAG rating of a learner to RED only. You’ll see the learner whose RAG status has been changed to RED and which training provider updated the RAG status.
Flag Raised: Whenever a training provider raises a flag about a learner. (this excludes general update flags) You’ll see the learner who has been flagged, what the flag raised is and the training provider who flagged them.

ℹ️ Status changes and flag raises updated through a filedrop will appear as updated by ‘The system…’

Unread notifications

Unread notifications are marked with a purple dot. Once you interact with a notification, this dot will disappear and the notification will be considered ‘Read’.

ℹ️ Notifications are automatically deleted after 30 days.
