Updating training course status
If you need to update the status or details of a course, the employee’s profile allows you to do so. This feature allows you to adjust course statuses, add important dates, comments, or even upload relevant files to ensure all course data reflects the latest progress.

Step by step guide
- Navigate to People: From the main navigation bar , click on "People."
- Select the learner whose course status you wish to update.
- Access the Update Option: Look for the dropdown arrow at the top right to reveal a menu with more options.

- Select Update Course Progress: From the dropdown options, choose "Update Course Progress."
- Choose the Course to Update: A list of courses associated with the selected employee will appear. Select the course you wish to update.
- Change the Course Status: Update the status of the course to reflect its current stage, such as Ongoing, Break in learning, Withdrawn, completed etc…

- Fill in Relevant Data:
- Add any pertinent dates, like completion or review dates.
- Leave comments for context or additional information.
- Upload any relevant files or documents related to the course.
- Confirm and Update: Review all the changes and additions you’ve made. Click 'Update' to finalise the updates.
