Viewing applications on an employees profile

You can view a details history of all application attempts by an applicant, including unsuccessful, withdrawn and completed applications directly on an employee profile.


Step by step guide

  1. Click any application on the Applicants table to open the candidate slide over.
  2. Click on the name of the applicant on the slideover to open their employee profile.
    1. Alternatively, you can select an employee from the people section on Conveya.

  1. Click the ‘Training’ tab at the top of the employee’s profile.

  1. Click the ‘Applications’ tab on the right hand side.

  1. You’ll now be able to see all current and historic applications made be the employee. At a glance, you can see:
    1. The course applied for and when the initial application was made.
    2. The supervisor status of the application and when this was last updated.
    3. The training provider status and when this was last updated.
    4. The latest overall status of the appliciation.
