Adding a comment

You can add, edit and delete internal comments on an application on Conveya. All stakeholders involved with the application will be able to see the comment, who made the comment and when the comment was made.


Step by step guide

  1. Click any name on the Applicants table to open the candidate slide over.

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the slide over to comments.
  2. Click ‘Add a note...’ to begin typing a comment.
  3. Enter your comment.

  1. Click ‘Save’ to add the comment to the application.

Note: Comments you make on an application will be visible to all those involved with the application (e.g. admins & training providers).


Editing a comment

  1. Click any candidate that has a comment on the Applicants table to open the candidate slide over.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the slide over to comments.
  3. Click ‘Edit’ underneath the comment.

  1. Edit the comment as required
  2. Click ‘Save’ to save the edit to the comment.

Edited comments will have a pencil symbol on them to indicate that they have been edited.


Deleting a comment

  1. Click any candidate that has a comment on the Applicants table to open the candidate slide over.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the slide over to comments.
  3. Click ‘Delete’ underneath the comment.

  1. A confirmation pop up will appear. Click ‘Delete’ to confirm you want to delete the comment.

  1. The comment has been deleted and a notification will appear at the top right confirming the deletion.
