Using the filters

You can filter the applications to narrow down the applicants list to find what you need to quicker.

Step by step guide

  1. Navigate to the ‘Career Path’ page on the Conveya platform using the menu sidebar on the left.
  2. Click ‘Training’ at the top right to open the training page.
  3. At the top of the training page, click ‘Applicants’.
  4. At the top right of the page, click the ‘Filter’ button to open up the filter slide over.

The filters are split into different categories:

  • Application: These are filters relating to the application such as the lastest status applied (for example, awaiting (supervisor), approved and enrolled) or the application type (for example, active applications, archived applications & applications within a specific date range). Active Applications is switched on by default.

All enrolled applicants are archived after 30 days.

  • Personal: Typical demographic filters (for example, age range, gender & location).
  • Course: Filters relating to the course applied for such as the training provider (for example, the training provider that would deliver the course) and the course name.
  • Employment: Filters relating to the employment information of the application (for example, department, contract type & branch)
  1. Click any of the filters to expand the filter and view available options to filter by.
  2. Click any of the options to add them to filter. In this example, we’ll select to see Active applications, applications awaiting a supervisor & approved applications.
  3. Click filter at the bottom right. The applicants list will update with application that match the criteria you have set by the filter.
