Application page overview

On the Conveya platform, you’ll be able to see an overview of all current & past applicants to your programmes.

Step by step guide to finding the applicants page

1. Navigate to the ‘Career Path’ page on the Conveya platform using the menu sidebar on the left.
2. Click ‘Training’ at the top right to open the training page.
3. At the top of the training page, click ‘Applicants’.

Applicant Summary

This is a breakdown of applicants with a specific status — showing the sum of candidates with a certain status and their percentage amount vs the total sum.

You can filter this by checking or unchecking the quick filter boxes on the left hand side.

Applicants List

This is a list of applications on the Conveya system, this list will display the name of the applicant (alongside their ULN in brackets), department, the course they have applied for, the last updated status and the date of the last application update.

You can click on a learner’s name to open up a slide over that provides more detailed information on the candidate and their application.
