Adding a new training provider contact

This article explains how to add a new training provider contact to enrol learners to.


Step by step guide

  1. On the career path tab, click the top right dropdown and select 'Schedule Training'.
  2. Click 'Enrol manually'
  3. Click the 'Training Provider Contact' box.
  4. Type in the email address of the new provider contact
  5. Click the contact email address, marked 'new' to open the slideover to add in the training provider contacts details.
  6. Select the training provider associated with the contact
  7. Enter the training provider contacts first name and last name.
  8. Click 'Done'

The new training provider contact is ready to have learners to report on.
